The BILEN Institute is developing an accessible, community‑aligned neuroscience research model designed to democratize cognitive science and human‑performance research. This preliminary concept report outlines the foundational architecture of the Institute’s first scientific initiative: The BILEN Preliminary Brain Model (v0.1).

This model is not a final scientific product.

It is a conceptual framework, a research direction, and a public declaration of the Institute’s scientific identity.
